Bride of the Lamb Darlan Rukih

Who Is Bride of the Lamb Darlan Rukih ?

Bride of the Lamb Darlan Rukih is a servant of God, chosen and ordained by God Himself to be His messenger in this generation. She is the founder of Bride of The Lamb Ministries International, a ministry established under the authority and leading of the Holy Spirit.

She lives and serves under God’s power, the Government’s authority, and her own God‑given mandate—not under the power or control of any individual. In accordance with divine instruction, she is under the care of a Sentinel Priest, appointed to oversee her welfare on behalf of the church.

In 2011, she retired and resigned from all leadership roles within the ministry. She no longer holds any administrative or governance position. The ministry is led by appointed leaders who serve in their respective offices. Her calling remains singular and sacred: she is God’s messenger, sent with three divine messages entrusted to her for the church and for this generation.

Early Life and Family Background

Bride of the Lamb Darlan Rukih is believed to have been born around 1975, though formal birth records were not preserved. She is the child of Marashan Raya, a native of the Sakwa people, from the Waora clan of Kadem in Migori County. Her maternal lineage traces back to Cleopas Odongo, son of Ongili, and Selina Agutu, daughter of Opole of Kadem Kakoth.

She was born in the home of Oswago Nyalwal of Kisaka Minyere in Karungu, Migori County. Her mother had been taken into that home through a traditional arrangement meant to settle a family debt between Cleopas and his aunt, Dina Gigo Nyotieno, a wife in the Oswago family. Although Dina Gigo had no son to take Marashan as a wife, she ensured Marashan was accepted and settled within the household.

Darlan Rukih was the last born in a family of five children—one girl and three boys. She was born outside wedlock to Maalan Nzambi of Zanza, though her mother raised her within the Oswago household, identifying her with the man she lived with as a wife. Throughout her childhood, she grew up acknowledging him as her father.

A Childhood Marked by Challenges and Divine Preservation

From birth, Darlan Rukih’s life was marked by uniqueness. She was born intersex, a condition her mother concealed out of fear, as such children were often harmed due to cultural misconceptions at the time. To protect her, her mother chose to raise her as a boy, and Darlan grew up identifying herself in that manner.

Despite this, she faced discrimination, ridicule, and rejection within the home where she was raised. She was often called defamatory names and treated as an outsider because of her physical uniqueness and her truthful, upright nature. While other children embraced secular lifestyles, she naturally gravitated toward reverence, obedience, and the fear of God.

Prophetic Calling and Spiritual Identity

During her mother’s pregnancy—at three months—Marashan attended a church meeting in Kadem Nyatuoro, at the home of Musa Okech, a member of the Roho Israel Church. There, a visiting seer from Tanzania prophesied that she was carrying a child who would serve God in the manner of Moses.

When the child was born, the church held a naming ceremony according to their traditions and gave her the name Moses, in fulfillment of the prophecy. This name became widely known in the community and was used more commonly than her birth name, Darlan Rukih.

From childhood, she demonstrated a deep love for God, a strong sense of truth, and compassion for the people of God. These qualities set her apart and often brought her into conflict with those who preferred secrecy or disobedience. Her spiritual sensitivity and integrity became evident early in life.

A Life Set Apart for God’s Purpose

Though she endured rejection, misunderstanding, and discrimination, these experiences shaped her spiritual resilience and prepared her for the divine assignment that would later unfold. Her journey reflects God’s intentional preservation and the fulfillment of the prophetic word spoken before her birth.

Today, Bride of the Lamb Darlan Rukih stands as the founder of Bride of the Lamb Ministries International, a ministry rooted in truth, revelation, and the calling of God upon her life.
